Nestled amidst the rolling hills, the Quarry House is a clubhouse surrounded by a construction site of half-built homes. Despite the unconventional setting, Arash and Shohreh were drawn to the venue's charm and potential. As their photographer, I was excited to embrace the challenge and transform the construction site into a beautiful and memorable location.

The couple's initial concerns about portrait time were quickly alleviated as I surveyed the grounds. With careful planning and a keen eye for light, I was able to capture stunning images that minimized the distractions of the surrounding construction. Guests pinned money to the bride and groom's clothing as they danced, symbolizing blessings and prosperity for the newlyweds. Another unique tradition is the "dance with a knife," where the groom, Arash, dances with a knife, symbolizing his commitment to protecting his bride.
